Many Electricians and Plumbers rely on Milwaukee's Selfeed Bits for large hole drilling in wood. The inside cutting plane shaves the hole radius for clean smooth holes without pressure. Unlike a holesaw, the selfeed bit will remove all wood stock similar to a forstner bit as it drills into the timber ideal for drilling for rail fittings.
Each selfeed bit comes with two removable, replaceable feed screws that will draw the bit into the gummiest of woods effortlessly. A hex shank provides a secure gripping surface for the drill chuck. These need to be used with a chuck that has a capacity of 11mm or greater.Before using Milwaukee Selfeed Bits please check holding grub screw is tight.
